This fantastically unique four-storied building has been constructed by just one 1st grade qualified architect since 2005. Named after "Ari (ants)" on the ground, "Masu (trout)" in the water, "Tonbi (kite)" in the sky and "RU(Le Corbusier)" of a virtuoso.
