Please agree on following conditions before you sign up for open! architecture events.
Conditions for application:
- Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to join the events. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Participants are asked to observe event conditions, instructions and notices defined by open! architecture.
how to apply
Step1. Send the following application by E-mail
Send following information for application (your application might be declined in case of oversubscription)

þName of participant(s)(Name of representative if you’re a group of more than 2 persons)
>>> You can receive a confirmation by E-mail if your seat(s) compreted. |
Step2. You can find the meeting space of the applied event in received your will received confirmation. |
Step3. You go to the meeting place and pay the participation fee. ↓ Enjoy the event!! |
Participation fees are not refundable in case of cancellation for personal reasons.
- In some events, our staffs will take photos for our records. The photos could be used for publications issued by open! architecture Executive Committee or by a third party permitted or requested by open! architecture Executive Committee.
Conditions for participation:
- No cancellation because of rain (except Edozakura-dori open air concert)
- Meeting place & time will be specified in confirmation e-mail. Not necessary to inform open! architecture in case of cancellation on the day. Visits start on time. Participants are asked to show up ahead of starting time.
- Should you have any questions or inquiries, please contact support@open-a.org
- Buildings are open only during the time slots shown on Event Calendar. Please do NOT contact owners of the buildings to arrange private visits.
- Some visits are during office hours. Please visit quietly to not to disturb people working inside the buildings.
- Please follow the instructions from the guides during the visits.
- Some events include visit to roof of building or high place. Please be careful about your safety.
- open! architecture is NOT responsible for any damage caused by accident, disaster, illness or theft during the events.
